Canceling, Returns & Shipping Information

How do I Cancel an Order?

Unfortunately once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. In order for us to ship in a timely fashion our systems are realtime and the order is received by our distribution center instantly. Our distribution center does not have the capability of canceling orders due to security filters.

How do I Return an Order?

In the event you wish to return your product, Home and Cook  offers a 30 day return policy from receipt of shipment. Please contact our Consumer Services group at homeandcookhelp@groupeseb.com or by phone at 1-877-769-3683 for additional instructions on how to return your product.  Refunds will be granted once the return product is received by our warehouse. Home and Cook is not responsible for return shipping.

  • Any Carrier: We will provide you with the return shipping address, and you provide and pay for your own mailing label using the carrier of your choice. Please be sure that the package is insured.

Prepare your package for return. 

Pack your unused item securely, in its original packaging. Apply return shipping address that was provided by consumer services to outside of package

How do I Track my Order?

Orders shipped via UPS are trackable by logging into your account. Customers will be notified that the UPS tracking number has been posted via an Order Status Update e-mail as well.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

We will gladly ship to APO and FPO addresses.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship orders outside of the United States.
